Mr. Henry Duku is a Ugandan aged 45 years; a Member of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and Kenya, and also a member of the institute of internal auditors Global and Uganda. Mr. Duku served as a member of the Technical committee of the institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, Vice president of the Institute of Internal Auditors Uganda. He has a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He has a working experience in Internal Auditing of over 25 years and is fully familiar with the challenges the Audit services entails.
